I’m delighted with my purchase.

Received this a a late Christmas gift from my brother. Only traveled with it a couple of times for work. The left Snap broke. Right still works. Disappointed in the quality of the snaps. It’s a functional travel pouch and decent quality sans the snap.

The quality was not as expected. I contacted costumer support multiple times and I only got one response asking me the reason for my request for return but not further action.

The watch pouch is a quality product that protects the watch well. However the challenge is that it is a bit bigger than I have anticipated.
