Watch Winder Fail

The most disappointing aspect about the winder is that it is made for EXTREMELY small wrists. My watch constantly has fallen off of the cradle. I have left messages for LWR but still no assistance from anyone.
These winders are NOT cheap and I was looking forward to getting them but now I just have a very sour taste in my mouth.

I'd rather wear my tank on a busy day than my tissot or date just..and that's simply because i have to adjust the date and time. But the orbital winder changed the game and. i can now wear them as its always ready.. i got the silver and now the gold.. . .great buy, love it and recommend!

Hello Hayley, the winder reserve battery must have been drained before it got to you. it's best to charge it for a bit first and do not use any other plug asides the assinged plug that comes with it which is 5volts. Our team will reachout to you via mail shortly.
